Chiswick Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness group that caters for all ages and all fitness levels (including mothers with their babies).
Our classes are a mixture of bodyweight exercises (like press ups, squats) mixed with cardio (sprints, shuttle runs) to ensure you are getting your heart rate up and burning calories throughout the full hour.
We offer 20 sessions per week (Monday-Thursday 6.30am, 9.30am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Friday 6.30am and 9.30am. Saturday and Sunday 9am) and you are not committed to a particular day once you join up, allowing flexibility for those that require it. We meet on Chiswick Common, just outside the Rocks Lane tennis and football centre. (Chiswick Common is the ground just behind the Marks & Spencer on Chiswick High Road).
We offer monthly as well as 3, 6 and 12 monthly memberships.
Our sessions are varied and we guarantee you will be training with people that are supportive, encouraging, motivated and best of all, a lot of fun. We also offer a free trial which can be booked via our website.
